CIDESCO Online Beauty & Spa Management

The Beauty & Spa Management Diploma equips beauty professionals with the managerial skills they need to successfully run a spa, salon or other beauty business. The course is designed to teach a comprehensive understanding of the best practices in spa and salon management, covering such topics as operational management, leadership, professional development, marketing, customer relations, human resources and finance.

In addition to traditional business subjects, the course will cover beauty industry specific topics like trends in new spa services, emerging spa equipment technologies, and beauty product inventory control. Throughout the 15-week course students will progressively create a business plan using what they learn in class.
